Mr. Elvis Mvulane
Chairperson
Mr Cebo is the founder and chairperson of the C.S.F, him and other founding members saw the gap that required sacrifice and dedication to partner with various stakeholders to accomplish the task of skills shortage staring at the continent of Africa.
Dr. Gabriel Francis
New Business and Partnership Director
Gabriel Francis is a well-travelled and public speaker, with an extensive pedigree in character development in Africa. He is passionate about character based strong leadership development coaching and new business sourcing, extensively well networked.
Estelle Barnett
Deputy Chair and Secretary of the Executive Board
Estelle has an extensive administrative background; she is passionate about the well-being of the children and very instrumental in projects related to primary education for children under C.S.F. She gives leadership and direction in the overall comprehensive intervention C.S.F provides specifically for children.
Andre Barnett
National Director and Operations
Andre provides operational and infrastructural oversight of all operations and designs under C.S.F and its auxiliaries. He brings a wealth of experience in designing, construction, project management and funding sourcing from foundations. He brings many years of business experience and entrepreneurial skills. He provides an overall supervision of all skills development and training.
